In our last blog post we explored Inflammation in our body, how that impacts our skin, and the difference the vitamin, mineral, antioxidant-blends can make.

In today’s post I’d also like to explore the facts that both what we put into our body and our emotions have equal if not more impact on the health of our skin, than what goes on our skin.  (With that said, I do believe what we put on our skin is important, also!)

Free radicals are destructive – they surround us internally and externally.  Internally, free radicals fuel inflammation.  A poor diet, high-gylcemic foods, over-use of prescription drugs, sugar, and trans fats are just some of the things we ingest that can lead to a toxic burden in our bodies and inflammation.

What can we do?  Making improvements on the following two fronts can make a significant difference —

  1. Neutralize free radicals (both inside and out)
  2. Boost our cellular health and immune function through supplements/antioxidants , good nutrition, detoxification, and pure water.

Our immune system needs antioxidants to defend our cells from free radicals.  Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and quench inflammation.   Since free radicals are all around us, we need a constant supply of antioxidant nutrients to keep our cellular health optimized and healthy.

They key is that when our cells are damaged or weak, they do not communicate effectively.  In that case, the supplements we take often do nothing for us.  ASEA changes that.

In our next blog post, we’ll explore how our emotions can be as inflammatory as dietary and environmental factors.

Begin the process of providing your body with proven nutrients that will counter the effects of inflammation and aging in your body.  ASEA is a key way to deliver this to your body and cells.
