Adult stem cells are produced in the bone marrow and other tissues of each of us, and they are the “renew and repair” system of our bodies. Adult Stem Cells are not controversial (I am not talking about embryonic stem cells here, I’m talking about the stem cells that exist in each of us as adults.) – they are a key component to each of us and the health of our stem cells impacts our cellular health. Adult stem cells are capable of self-renewal through out our lifetime.
